Strength and Balance

DATE/TIME - Every first and second Monday of the month at 10am

Strength and Balance class is a 40-minute full body workout perfect for all fitness levels! We start with a 5-minute cardio warmup, followed by seated upper body strength training using dumbbells. We then move to a standing position to focus on balance exercises. Participants should have a pair of light hand weights and a chair.
